We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our Innovation Team. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within our commercial real estate division. You'll have the chance to craft advanced prompts and design intelligent agents that will drive digital transformation and optimize customer engagement.

As part of this role, you'll collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure our AI solutions are accurate, scalable, and compliant with industry standards. Your expertise will help translate complex business needs into actionable AI applications, while also ensuring ethical considerations are at the forefront of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI agents and prompts to integrate smoothly with existing internal and third-party systems.
• Ensure models are designed with scalability, reliability, and compliance to uphold ethical AI practices.
• Adhere to SitusAMC's standard processes throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Lead quality assurance, volume, and bias testing for AI agents, including the creation of comprehensive test plans.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance our product offerings and streamline workflows through AI-powered insights.
• Support business personnel in advancing AI initiatives across the organization.
• Engage in other related activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in an Analyst role or equivalent.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with overarching organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, effective across various business lines.
• Strong analytical capabilities to drive decision-making.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies in product/service development.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual full-time base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000, with the specific compensation determined through interviews and a review of relevant experience and skills. Eligible employees may participate in a discretionary bonus program and will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K, in accordance with program policies.
