What You'll Do

• You will work directly with clients, acting as both a technologist and a trusted advisor.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify impactful use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, and implement agent-based workflows that are secure and robust.
• Design and engineer AI agents that are ready for enterprise environments, focusing on key functionalities such as retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop integration layers across various AI platforms (such as Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to ensure seamless operation.
• Utilize technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures to create scalable AI-native systems.
• Deploy tailored agentic applications across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, proof of concepts, and collaborative coding sessions to shape effective workflows in partnership with stakeholders.
• Measure agent performance through key metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Create reusable patterns and best practices to influence internal assets and client strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience engineering cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year of expertise in developing agent-based solutions in production environments.
• 3+ years working with AI platforms such as OpenAI and Claude.
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or similar languages, with a focus on monitoring and logging.
• 5+ years deploying production systems, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code practices.
• 5+ years of experience in client communications and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12+ years).

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, requiring 3 days in the office, with potential consideration for candidates in Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ.
