Join our team as an AI Solutions Engineer, where your expertise will merge technology with strategy. In this role, you will work closely with clients to define innovative use cases, rapidly develop prototypes, and implement robust workflows that operate seamlessly in complex enterprise settings.
Responsibilities
- Design and Engineering: Develop enterprise-ready AI agents that feature retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
- AI Platform Integration: Create abstraction layers that facilitate smooth integration of various AI providers like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
- Cloud Native Engineering: Utilize containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, serverless architecture, and observability practices to create scalable AI systems.
- Domain-Specific Workflows: Customize and deploy intelligent automation applications tailored to industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
- Client Engagement: Run design workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with data-driven workflows.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance metrics and evaluation plans to assess agent accuracy, latency, and overall effectiveness.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document and disseminate reusable patterns and best practices to support internal resources and client initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs and microservices.
- A minimum of 1 year in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI platforms, including OpenAI and others, focusing on managing multi-provider pipelines.
- 5+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages, along with evaluation and monitoring tools.
- Extensive experience in deploying to production environments using CI/CD and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
- Strong client communication skills, with a track record of leading technical sessions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). If you possess an associate degree, at least 6 years of professional experience is mandatory.
Location & Travel
This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, OH, requiring you to be in the office 3 days a week. We may also consider qualified applicants in Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ. Travel may vary between 25% to 75% based on business and client needs.
