Minimum requirements and experience required: • BEng/Master's in Business or Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, product development, etc. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external technology partners • Working with technology vendors, solution providers, or consultants. • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Agile. • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in operations or manufacturing • Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities: • Identifying high-impact opportunities for AI across the organisation and driving real-world implementation through collaboration with third-party experts and internal coordination. • Provide structured problem-solving and hands-on solutions.
