NTT DATA is on the lookout for a Tech Lead specializing in AI Engineering. This critical role focuses on the scalable development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

As the Tech Lead AI Engineer, you'll guide the architecture and integration of AI systems, impacting productivity and business outcomes. You will leverage your expertise—8+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years in AI—to lead project implementations and mentor junior talent. Key responsibilities include establishing MLOps practices and ensuring data security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions
• Oversee AI system architecture and pipelines
• Ensure quality through code and architecture reviews
• Guide and mentor teams in AI techniques
• Implement CI/CD processes for ML systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience; 4+ in AI/ML
• Proven Tech Lead background
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of AI ethics preferred
