What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead AI enablement across Primer.
• Act as the senior connective tissue between AI and every function, identifying where AI can materially improve how teams operate.
• Drive adoption through leaders, not around them.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, set priorities, and hold teams accountable for adoption and outcomes.
• Scale AI-powered ways of working by coaching teams to design and implement their own AI workflows.
• Own Claude adoption and AI knowledge-sharing by driving usage, training, best practice, and a shared library of prompts, skills, workflows, and reusable context.
• Maximise value from Primer’s AI tooling by staying close to the existing stack and ensuring effective use.
• Keep Primer ahead of the curve by tracking the AI landscape and making clear recommendations.
• Shape and execute Primer’s AI strategy by turning business needs into practical AI initiatives and driving delivery.
• Scale AI responsibly by partnering with Security and relevant leaders to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant adoption.
• Build lasting AI literacy through self-serve infrastructure for onboarding, training, use cases, tools, and learnings.
• Measure business impact by defining and reporting on key metrics.

What We'd Love to See

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, operations, transformation, change management, strategy, or a high-growth technology environment.
• Deep, practical AI fluency with daily use of AI tools and ability to translate expertise into scalable business adoption.
• Proven change leadership with successful enablement, structured rollout, stakeholder engagement, and accountability.
• Executive-level stakeholder management with credible influence and ability to align ambiguous situations.
• High-agency coaching mindset to build capability and create repeatable systems.
• Structured, analytical thinking to diagnose problems, evaluate trade-offs, and measure outcomes.
• High ambition and bias for action with fast movement and intelligent experimentation.

Nice to Have

• Prompt engineering expertise.
• BI or data tooling experience, familiarity with Omni, Looker, or similar tools.
• B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments context experience.
• Programme management experience with ability to run multiple workstreams and manage senior stakeholders.
