Technical Operator

Job summary

We need a technical operator to build Aegis, an AI-driven security and estate platform. Use AI tools to turn product ideas into working systems, design scalable architecture, and ship features fast. High ownership, direct collaboration with the Founder, and full responsibility for execution.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy platform features using AI-assisted development tools
• Translate product requirements into working systems and modules
• Design and maintain a clean, scalable system architecture
• Integrate multiple components (user roles, security flows, data systems, APIs)
• Rapidly prototype, test, and improve features
• Ensure system documentation and clarity across all modules
• Collaborate directly with leadership on product execution and improvements

Requirements:

• Experience using AI tools to build or assist in software development
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and backend logic
• Ability to design and manage multi-feature platforms
• Familiarity with modern web/mobile development environments
• Proven ability to deliver working features, not just concepts
• Can build and iterate quickly without sacrificing structure
• Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Understands user experience and workflow design
• Can simplify complex processes into usable features
• Builds with real-world application in mind
• Results-driven and highly accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Clear communicator, able to explain systems simply

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with low-code or no-code platforms
• Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant systems
• Exposure to security, operations, or logistics platforms

What We Offer:

• NGN 500,000 – 900,000 per month (based on capability)
