You will build production-grade AI agents designed to execute complex, multi-step workflows with absolute reliability. Moving beyond simple demos, you will architect the infrastructure for validation, failure handling, and feedback loops. What you will do:

• Architect autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step workflows and complex logic transitions.
• Design robust systems for validation, automated retries, and sophisticated failure handling to ensure system integrity.
• Build internal developer tools and feedback loops that allow the system to detect, debug, and improve from failures.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, backend infrastructure, or building high-reliability internal platforms.

• Possesses a deep interest in debugging complex, non-deterministic problems and a passion for architectural correctness over simple output quality.
