Role: AI Tech Lead/Developer – Generative AI (Gen AI) Specialist

Location – McLean, VA(Onsite)

Duration : Long Term contract

Interviews : We will do initial evaluation using AI Talent Quest and L2 with account panel.

Required Skills: • 8–10 years software engineering experience • 5+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI development • Strong Python development skills • Experience with LangChain / LLM frameworks • Hands-on with RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering • Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and MLOps pipelines • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning and model evaluation

Key Responsibilities: • Build scalable Generative AI applications, Agents, and RAG-based systems • Develop Python microservices for LLM integration and AI workflows • Work on LangChain, LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering • Design and implement REST APIs and cloud-native AI architectures (AWS) • Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data • Create and deploy MLOps/CI-CD pipelines for GenAI systems • Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and observability • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and AI teams

Nice to Have: • AWS Bedrock experience • Multi-modal AI exposure • Advanced LLM optimization experience
