Job Description

To accelerate its AI & Digital Transformation, Europ Assistance is looking for an AI Tech Product Manager, who is first and foremost a builder .

Reporting directly to the Global Head of AI and Automation, you will spot high‑impact opportunities across our businesses and prioritize what truly matters.

You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of innovation, from designing and prototyping AI solutions to driving end‑to‑end product delivery.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will coordinate international business stakeholders, AI engineers and IT/Infra teams to turn complex technical concepts into tangible results.

Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Uncover Opportunities: Conduct deep‑dive interviews and workflow mapping to identify high‑impact AI use cases.
• Prioritization: Own the AI roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, business risk and strategic value.

Rapid Prototyping & Technical Design

• Build E2E Solutions: Prototype end‑to‑end AI solutions using a hybrid approach, leveraging both low‑code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Cognigy) and custom Python development on Azure/AWS clouds, using modern AI frameworks (Pandas/Num Py, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Strands Agents, Auto Gen…).
• Architect for Scale: Define the functional architecture and KPIs, ensuring every solution is robust, secure and ready to be industrialized.

End-to-End Delivery Leadership

• Lead Projects’ Squads: Coordinate Business Stakeholders, AI Engineers, Data Scientists and IT/Security teams to ensure seamless deployment on the Group AI Platform.
• Outcome Ownership: Define success metrics and translate complex technical performance into clear, actionable updates for non‑technical stakeholders.

AI Thought Leadership

• Stay Ahead: Monitor the frontier of Gen AI and Agentic workflows, moving cutting‑edge research from "paper to production".
• Educate: Act as a consultant to business units, helping them navigate emerging AI risks and opportunities.

• Comfortable in a multicultural environment and possesses C1 English proficiency.

Your Professional Toolkit:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in software/AI, 2+ years hands‑on AI deployment (Deep Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI), 2+ years in AI Product/Project Management.
• AI Stack: Deep proficiency in Python and modern AI stacks (Pandas/Num Py, Agentic Frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Strands Agents, Auto Gen).
• Models & Cloud: Hands‑on experience with major LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) and fluency in Azure/AWS environments.
• Low-Code/Ops: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Automate, proficiency in Power BI for KPI tracking, experience with Cognigy and/or Amazon Lex is a plus.
