What You'll Do

• Design and ship world‑class AI voice agents that handle real calls, real payments, and real compliance end to end.
• Build world‑class AI agents and voice agents from the ground up, owning the architecture, the intelligence, and everything in between.
• Shape the technical foundation of a product that's already in production and scaling fast.
• Work directly with customers in a hands‑on, relationship‑driven industry.
• Sit at the table with the founding team and help decide where this goes next.

Who You Are

• You have a passion for startups and building.
• 5+ years of full stack experience with strong system design and architecture instincts.
• Comfortable building from scratch and making decisions without a playbook.
• Happy to go on‑site with clients and open to relocating when our first US office opens.
• Proven experience with AI agents or LLMs in production.

Bonus If

• You’ve led a team.
• You’re an ex‑founder or were an early hire at a startup.
• You've built AI voice agents.
