AI Web Developer

About the Role

DelGate Logistics is looking for a highly skilled AI Web Developer to join our team in Vancouver. This is not a traditional developer role. We are looking for someone deeply experienced in AI-assisted software development and “vibe coding” who can rapidly build and ship modern software using the latest AI tools and coding agents.

You should be highly experienced with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Base44, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, and other AI-powered development platforms. We want builders who can move fast, think creatively, and turn ideas into working software quickly.

This is a fully in-person role based in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch modern web applications using AI-assisted development workflows
• Use tools like Claude Code, Codex, Base44, Cursor, and OpenAI APIs
• Develop AI agents and automations for logistics, customer service, warehouse operations, and internal workflows
• Rapidly prototype and iterate software products
• Build scalable frontend and backend systems
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication systems, and third-party platforms
• Create internal AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Work directly with leadership to rapidly execute software ideas
• Improve and optimize existing AI systems and workflows
• Stay current with emerging AI development tools and technologies

Requirements

• Extensive experience with AI-assisted software development (“vibe coding”)
• Strong experience with Claude Code, Codex, Base44, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
• Strong frontend and backend web development experience
• Experience rapidly building software products with AI workflows
• Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Firebase, or similar modern technologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud deployment
• Experience building AI agents, automations, and AI-powered workflows
• Ability to independently manage projects from idea to deployment
• Strong problem-solving and product-thinking mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or transportation software
• Experience building AI chatbots or autonomous AI agents
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or Zapier
• Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, and LLM integrations
• UI/UX and product design experience
