Your Role:

As Cabin Upgrade Project Manager (d/f/m), you will support various cabin customer upgrade projects and be familiar with the following tasks:

• Support the project manager in achieving the TCQP project goals (time, scope, cost, quality, margin) with the highest customer satisfaction and in compliance with internal and external regulations
• Support the project manager in topics such as definition, implementation, progress, and control of the project team during the different project phases
• Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers
• Validation and follow-up of technical solutions and associated documentation with suppliers and engineering
• Focal point for the validation of the contractually agreed delivery date of SBs (Service Bulletins) and Kits (cabin components)

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, international management, a technical degree, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in engineering, aerospace, and project management
• Airbus experience is an advantage
• Experience with Google Workspace is desirable
• Fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with national and international organizational units as well as external customers and suppliers
• Ability to integrate into multicultural teams and willingness to provide mutual support in daily work
• A high degree of conflict resolution and persuasion skills, as well as assertiveness, to effectively represent the department's interests
• Willingness to travel: approx. 1-2 trips per year for about one week each (international)
• Mobile working: approx. 2 days per week possible after onboarding and agreement
