Project Manager (m/f/d)

based at our location in Vienna

Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance projects for business jets
• Oversee base and line maintenance events in compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements
• Act as the primary interface between customers, CAMO, maintenance teams, procurement, and external vendors
• Develop and monitor project schedules and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Support and communicate with international customers throughout the maintenance event
• Coordinate material availability, logistics, and subcontracted services
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and technical documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance organization

Requirements for this position:

• Unlimited valid EASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 license with mimimum 1 type rating for Bombardier type rating
• Several years of experience as aircraft licenced Engineer
• Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, especially Part-145 and CAMO requirements
• Proven experience managing aircraft maintenance projects for business jets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
