About

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) to steer and successfully implement IT and digitalization initiatives in a dynamic and demanding environment. The position offers a hybrid working model with a focus on Düsseldorf and high flexibility in remote work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and successfully implement IT and digitalization projects, possibly in parallel
• Overall responsibility for project goals regarding time, scope, quality, and budget
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders (IT, business departments, external service providers)
• Project controlling, status reporting, and proactive risk and action management
• Participate in projects for modernization or replacement of systems, technology selection, and go-live phases
• Support projects with test-based software development and quality assurance, if required

Qualifications

• Completed degree in IT or comparable (Bachelor/University of Applied Sciences) or qualification as an 'Operative Professional' or equivalent professional experience (at least 6 years in IT)
• At least 3 years of experience in managing technical projects, especially in implementation or digitalization initiatives
• Project management certification (e.g., MSP, P3O, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP/PMI)
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level or native speaker)
• Willingness to sign formal commitments and undergo security checks

Desired

• Experience with complex, cross-technology IT projects
• Knowledge in test management, test automation, and go-live processes
• Experience in structured environments with institutional or regulated clients
