What to expect

• Contribution to the further development of the financial system landscape
• Implementation of process improvements in accounting and group financial statement preparation for the Hannover Re Group
• Participation in cross-departmental and cross-functional projects with responsibility according to your experience
• Active participation in building and networking the international finance community
• Conducting training and providing technical support in accounting-relevant topics

What you bring

• Very well-completed Master's degree in (Financial or Business) Mathematics
• Professional experience in financial mathematics, financial reporting, group accounting and consolidation, or actuarial science is desirable
• Experience in a cross-departmental role is an advantage
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP systems
• Fluent English and conversational German, as well as a confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a team-oriented mindset
