Senior Digital Product Manager (Flexible Hours in Alexandria)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Marketplace Seller Risk Management team. In this role, you will own and deliver critical product initiatives that strengthen Walmart’s ability to monitor, detect, and mitigate risks associated with third-party sellers. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Operations teams to design and scale solutions that protect Walmart’s customers, uphold compliance standards, and foster a safe, trustworthy marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager
• Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
• Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines

Additional Information

• The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock
