We are actively seeking an All-Source Analyst to support the Global Operations and Threat (GOSIIT) Branch, C5ISR Center, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all‑source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and partners on a need‑to‑know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.
- Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) for identified locations using knowledge of current CBT TTPs and availability of commercial technologies.
- Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
- Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
- Provide research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
- Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
- Present, discuss, and defend assessments to the intelligence community and technical community.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
- Perform all functional duties independently.
Operating Hours and Expectations
- When operating onsite at Aberdeen Proving Grounds this position will have a standard 8‑hour schedule, Monday‑Friday.
- Any telework or remote considerations will be discussed during the interview process.
Travel
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice to disseminate relevant threat information.
- Will be part of on‑site vulnerability assessment team visiting CONUS or OCONUS sites approximately once a month.
Qualifications
Clearance
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required upon application for initial consideration.
Education
- BA/BS, or
- Associate’s degree plus 3 years of experience, or
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- All‑Source Military intelligence MOS background with completed formal military intelligence training/school (e.g., 35F or equivalent AFSC or NOS).
- Experience with all‑source intelligence analytical production and reporting.
- Experience with CUAS and/or C‑IED analysis and reporting.
- Experience conducting functional analyses of commercial‑based technology (CBT) devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and describing how the device functions.
- Knowledge of and ability to analyze the latest commercial‑based and emerging technologies that could be utilized by adversaries and articulate how their use would affect DoD capabilities.
- Ability to provide Indications and Warning (I&W) and trend analysis data on target devices and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).
- Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
- Ability to generate/provide specialized analytical products.
- Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications and intelligence‑related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Proficient in specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
- Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.

Pay Range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year
