IBM ELM Platform Engineer

About

We are looking for an IBM ELM Platform Engineer to own and evolve a critical platform at the heart of our product and software development activities. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) environment across the organization.

Qualifications

You could be a great match if:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in application management, system operations, or complex IT environments.
• You have hands-on experience with IBM ELM or similar ALM/PLM tools (e.g. Polarion).
• You are familiar with DOORS Next and/or Engineering Test Management.
• You are comfortable working with infrastructure, cloud environments, or DevOps-related topics.
• You enjoy troubleshooting, improving platforms, and optimizing processes.
• You are motivated by supporting users (2nd/3rd level) and sharing knowledge through training.
• You can confidently collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• You are fluent in English and must have a strong command of German (min B2), as this is essential for working with key stakeholders and users.
