The Position

An apprenticeship offer entitled " Apprentice - Digital Workplace Tooling Developer (M/F) " has just opened within the Employee Collaboration (DWA) department on our Toulouse site. You will join a multicultural team in charge of Conferencing and Rooms. This apprenticeship will consist of developing advanced tooling for activity tracking and optimizing end-user interfaces to unlock the full power of collaboration within the organization. This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 year.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of your tutor, you will contribute to the following main activities:

  • Software Development: Design and develop custom tools and interfaces for tracking conferencing activity and enhancing user experience (specifically leveraging Google Apps Script and web technologies).
  • Vision Building: Assist in defining the roadmap for internal tooling in alignment with the broader Product Line strategy.
  • Project Management: Support the end-to-end delivery of tooling features, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment.
  • Internal Marketing: Promote new tools and features to the internal user community to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure tooling provides accurate data to support operational dashboards and KPI tracking.

Skills & Prerequisites

You will integrate a BAC+5 (Master’s level) training in the field of Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Technical: Strong software development skills (JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Web technologies).
  • Management: Basic project management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Mindset: Marketing-oriented approach to product development and a proactive "startup" mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, curiosity, and a capability to build a strategic vision.
  • Language skills: English (Advanced level required).

Our Selection Process

The review of applications is carried out by a recruiter. If your application is validated by the recruiter, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This video interview will be reviewed by the recruiter. If your application is pre-selected after this stage, it will be forwarded to the hiring manager for the position. The manager (and/or tutor) will organize interviews with the pre-selected candidates before choosing the final successful candidate for the position.
