The Opportunity

Within the Security Champions Enabler team, reporting to the Security Engineering Enablement directorate within the Engineering Excellence entity, you will join a passionate team whose mission is to make application security accessible, concrete, and engaging for Worldline developers. Our team designs and delivers innovative training, tools, workshops, and content for the Security Champions community worldwide.

We are entering a major strategic phase: the integration of Artificial Intelligence at the core of our DevSecOps practices. After designing the first Agentic AI modules (Threat Modeling, Security Assessment), we now want to scale up by instrumenting CI/CD pipelines with AI capabilities and supporting our Security Champions in their transformation into AI Security Champions. It is in this ambitious and pioneering context that your mission takes place. You will directly contribute to positioning Worldline at the forefront of AI-assisted application security.

Your Daily Missions

• You will design and develop Agentic AI modules (Security Review, Code Analysis, Vulnerability Triage) that can be integrated into DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
• You will instrument CI/CD pipelines with AI capabilities to automate and enhance application security controls (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning).
• You will provision and maintain cloud landing zones (GCP, internal environments) and lab environments using an Infrastructure as Code approach (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalents) to host and deploy the AI services and demonstration applications developed by the team.
• You will support Security Champions in adopting AI AppSec tools and practices through workshops, demos, and training content.
• You will produce associated technical documentation (guidelines, blogs, newsletters, videos) to make AI innovations accessible to various profiles.
• You will contribute to technological watch on AI & AppSec topics (LLM security, prompt injection, AI-assisted vulnerability detection, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
• You will participate in Worldline cross-functional communities (DevSecOps squad, AI security initiatives, trainers club) and present your work during internal talks.
