Our IT M&A Practice is involved in all of Thales Group's Mergers & Acquisitions operations, analyzing the IT dimension of targets and managing the various projects that result from them.

Your main missions will be:

• Enrich our acquisition/divestment cost tool with the recurring costs component, drawing on the history of previous projects and our current cost base.
• Assess the costing tool and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Contribute directly to IT M&A projects by supporting ongoing due diligence and depending on the finalization of the costing tool.

Your profile

Are you preparing for BAC+4/5 level training in an engineering or business school and looking for an apprenticeship for a duration of 1 to 2 years?

• Do you want to develop your knowledge in the IT dimension of M&A?
• Do you have an aptitude for numbers and financial skills?
• Are you proficient in English, both written and spoken?

Are dynamism, good organizational skills, a good ability to summarize, and curiosity recognized assets?
