The Marketing & Sales Division at Disneyland® Paris:

Within the Marketing & Sales France Division of Disneyland Paris, the E-commerce Key Accounts team ensures the communication, sales, and follow-up of the brand's products (ticketing, packages) with B2B partners (tourism professional networks / E-commerce sites) as well as B2B digital projects.

We are looking for an apprentice to support us on marketing and sales projects. You will assist the team with commercial, digital marketing, project management, and results analysis tasks.

What you'll do 🌟

  • Participate in the Ticket and Package distribution strategy, weekly monitoring and analysis of e-commerce KPIs and physical points of sale (travel agencies).
  • Regularly update the Orchestra E-commerce platform for distribution networks and e-commerce sites (Carrefour Voyages, Leclerc Voyages, Showroomprivé…).
  • Measure and analyze the impact of B2B marketing actions on Trade partner sales, identifying trends and recommending adjustments if necessary.
  • Analyze and optimize natural referencing (SEO) with B2B partners.
  • Support digital partners in the ticketing, travel agency, and e-commerce site sectors (FNAC / Wonderbox / Edenred Prowebce / Leclerc Voyage / Selectour...).
  • Participate in negotiations for communication plans and ensure follow-up of activation implementation.
  • Organize and participate in training events for ticketing and travel agency partners (educational tours, webinars, etc.).
  • Create sales materials, reports, results analyses, and recommendations for internal and external partners.
  • Create PPT presentations for DLP Management or Trade partners (Sales support, results analysis, SEO or UX/UI recommendations...).
  • Benchmark and monitor to support trade in its digital transformation.
  • Participate in the development of digitalization and connectivity in the ticketing market (general public, employee committees, and inter-company committees).
  • Act as a transverse interface with support departments: legal, yield management, communication, digital marketing, data base, strategic marketing…

What we're looking for 💼

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Communication and are looking for a 12-month or 24-month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in marketing, sales, or communication (internship/apprenticeship).
  • You are proficient in the Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You have an aptitude for numbers, data analysis, and results analysis.
  • You are curious and do not hesitate to make suggestions and take initiative.
  • You enjoy working in a team and interacting with many stakeholders.
  • Precision, responsiveness, respect for deadlines, and attention to detail.
