UNILEC is a union of cooperatives of traders integrated into the E.Leclerc Movement, dedicated to the international expansion of the brand in Poland, Spain, Portugal, and Slovenia. We support and supervise the international operations of 83 E.Leclerc stores, ensuring that the movement's values and strategies are respected and locally adapted.

You will join a team of 10 people, dedicated to the operational support of our stores in Europe.

Job Description

Reporting to the Commerce Department and in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, you will hold a position where data becomes a lever for decision-making. Our objective is to measure performance and disseminate the commercial know-how of the brand internationally.

Your main challenges:

Business Analysis & Management (Commerce and Management):

• Collect, process and analyze weekly and monthly performance (turnover, volumes, margins).
• Assist in the development of budgets and provisional landing figures by country.
• Participate in the compilation of the quarterly activity report.
• Create innovative dashboards and indicators (assortment analysis, HR productivity) to improve store efficiency.
• Conduct strategic monitoring to identify international market opportunities (competition, news, innovations, etc.), integrated into a monthly Press Review.
• Conduct monitoring within the working group dedicated to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Workspace environment.
• Carry out occasional missions for the Finance Department (data updates, analysis assistance, etc.).

Profile Sought

Student in Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business School, University, or Engineering School (specializing in management and/or data):

• You have a mastery of the Workspace environment, particularly Google Sheets and Gemini.
• You have a sharp analytical mind and can synthesize complex data.
• Organized, rigorous, and proactive, you have a real interest in international business.

Apprenticeship contract for 12 or 24 months to start in September 2026. Remuneration will be set according to the legal grid for apprentices (age and year of study criteria).
