Your daily life

Our Vendôme site welcomes you to the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles. A reference for avionics production, it is easily accessible by TGV from Paris and Tours.

Achieving a high level of maturity for our products in production is one of the major challenges for Industry AVS/FLX, both during the industrialization phase and throughout the product's service life. Within the team, you will support the manager on cross-functional topics related to steering, continuous improvement, and structuring activities.

Your missions

• Take charge, by delegation, of information and indicator monitoring meetings
• Lead upward and downward meetings between the team and management
• Update standards related to the team's professions
• Propose and monitor relevant performance indicators
• Participate in updating the progress plan
• Contribute to the structuring and steering of team projects
• Identify and monitor activities at risk

Your profile

• Training in Project Management (3-year apprenticeship contract)
• Proficiency in Pack Office
• Good use of Power BI and/or MS Project
• Knowledge in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Technical English (reading and writing minimum)
