Contract: 1 or 2-year apprenticeship to start in September 2026

Within the digital team in charge of the evolution of the chanel.com platform, you will be integrated into an Agile Feature Team contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the digital experiences of Maison CHANEL.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, alongside a Product Owner, a Business Analyst, a Tech Lead, developers, and QA, interacting with numerous stakeholders (Regions, Divisions, IT, Design, Customer Service, Infrastructure, Release Management…).

YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will actively contribute to product management and the delivery of features for the chanel.com website.

Product Vision & Discovery

  • Contribute to the product vision defined with the Product Owner
  • Participate in collecting and formalizing business needs through workshops with stakeholders (Regions, Divisions, IT, Experts…)
  • Accompany the presentation of features and their performance during product instances (cadence reviews, townhalls…)

Delivery & Run Management (Agile)

  • Participate in and lead Agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, refinement, demo, retrospective)
  • Monitor the progress of user stories and support the development team daily
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in line with business objectives
  • Identify and remove blocking points in collaboration with the teams
  • Contribute to testing phases (QA/UAT) and functional validation of developments
  • Coordinate content and localization needs and contribute properties keys
  • Prepare and lead product demonstrations

Quality & Bug Management

  • Ensure the monitoring, qualification, and prioritization of bugs
  • Coordinate their resolution with the technical teams
  • Contribute to quality reporting and project alert monitoring

Design & Documentation

  • Participate in writing user stories and functional specifications
  • Contribute to techno-functional design workshops
  • Ensure coordination with design, tech, and business teams
  • Produce presentation and product performance monitoring materials

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Student in business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent
  • Strong interest in digital products, tech, and user experience
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
  • Rigor, organization, autonomy, and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in French and English
