Your Role

Within the Entrepreneurs and Professionals (E&P) Market, you will report to the Development Engineer Manager.

Your role is to provide methodological support for development projects.

You are responsible for projects or a contributor in programs related to the company's commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Contribution to prospecting strategy: market, sales, by business sector and geographical area analyses.
• Support for prospecting implementation: preparation of tracking files and associated operating procedures.
• Support for Development Engineers in remote prospecting: appointment setting, promotion of our offers and company strengths.
• Support for Development Engineers in preparing prospect/client presentations.
• Active participation in cross-functional meetings (Development Engineers, Field and Desk Sales Managers, managers) for business reviews.
• Contribution to one-off continuous improvement projects (offers, interfaces with industrial teams).
• Participation in communication projects (digital campaigns, trade shows): event organization, contact file production, post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Business or engineering school (Grande Ecole / M2 program)
• Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented
• Listening, communication (public speaking), and synthesis skills
• Customer contact skills
• Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
• Ability to coordinate different stakeholders, cross-functional management
• Interest in the industrial and technical environment
• Proficiency in IT and digital tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is useful)
