What your day-to-day will look like?

You will join the DSI Secrétariat Général Groupe / Conformité Métiers.

Within the framework of the QLB project, and other projects that may arise, your missions will be:

• To accompany the Project Manager in finalizing the contractual file and setting up the recharge agreement.
• To assist the Project Manager in preparing and leading committees (CAD, CDAS, etc.).
• To work on the deployment and change management for BPCE Group establishments:
  • Management of planning within a constrained timeframe
  • Coordination of business and technical stakeholders
  • Configuration of the solution, setting up authorizations for approximately 70 entities
  • Data migration
  • Testing
  • Maintain the publisher relationship
• To help the Project Manager with tracking schedules, progress, risks, and alerts, and populate various reporting tools.

Your Profile

You are preparing a 2-year Master's degree in IT.

To succeed in your mission:

• You are looking to evolve in the functional area and participate in the various project management stages (tool deployment, configuration and support, change management and user assistance).
• In this regard, you are capable of integrating into a team that manages both applications in evolutionary maintenance and important projects.
• You are motivated and curious to learn.
• Proactive, you know how to take initiative and seek autonomy.
• You are methodical in your work and know how to bring the necessary rigor.
• You appreciate teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• You have acquired a good level of English (oral/written).
