Your Role

Reporting to the Head of the Digital Marketing and Services Pole, you will be involved in various projects, working with multidisciplinary teams (digital, social media, campaigns, IT…) and external service providers.

Product & Digital Tools Management

• Participate in the development and evolution of our digital services (websites, apps, extranet, CRM)
• Contribute to the improvement of user journeys (B2C and B2B)
• Ensure platform animation (content updates, CMS, database management)

Digital Marketing & Acquisition

• Participate in the implementation of acquisition and loyalty strategies
• Contribute to the deployment of campaigns (emailing, SEO/SEA, partnerships, contests…)
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials (landing pages, promo kits, digital content…)

Monitoring & Performance

• Track KPIs of actions taken
• Participate in reporting on campaigns and digital tool performance

Support & Coordination

• Manage user requests and provide first-level support
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies

Your Profile

• You are preparing a Bac+4/5 in digital marketing, communication, or equivalent.
• You ideally have previous experience (internship/work-study program).

You are:

• Curious, proactive, and a proposer.
• Comfortable both in writing and speaking.
• Organized with good synthesis skills.
• Comfortable in a collaborative environment.

You master or know:

• Office suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Digital tools (WordPress, emailing tools…)
• Creative tools like Figma, Miro, or DTP software (a plus)
• Basics of web analytics (a plus)

Conditions:

• Location: The position is based in Paris. Our headquarters are located at Place de la Nation.
• Contract: This is an APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACT, and we are ready to welcome you immediately.
• Remote Work: At Citeo, the importance of the collective and therefore sharing moments at the office is key. Our agreement allows for up to 8 days of remote work per month.
• Compensation: The envisaged salary range is between €1,823.03 and €1,823.03 fixed annual salary, depending on experience, plus a variable component of X%. To be refined based on your profile.
• RTT: Our agreement provides for 18 days of RTT per year, to support the balance between professional and personal life.
