Your Role?

As a Program Manager, you will participate in the realization of several real estate operations at different stages of progress (building permit application, design studies, tenders, construction, reservation of defects, customer journey).

Main Activities

What will your daily life look like?

You will support a program manager in the following tasks:

• Ensure the submission, validation, and follow-up of the permit file.
• Monitor the overall schedule for the progress of project operations.
• Participate in the preparation of the tender file for companies.
• Monitor the technical cost of the operation.
• Organize the stages of the customer journey, including deliveries to buyers, reservation of defects, and after-sales service, and manage customer requests.
• Verify the legal frameworks of sales agreements and co-ownership regulations...
