Role and Required Skills
You will provide direct support to the Administrative and Financial Director and the Investor Relations Director on the following tasks:

Additional Information About the Position
- Daily cash management and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining portfolio positions
- Valuation monitoring
- Participation in quarterly fund closings
- Support for the development and automation of tools
- Assistance in preparing various reports
- Daily Middle Office assistance
- Participation in the fundraising for the ADAXTRA Sélection V fund
- Setup and update of marketing materials
- Client CRM monitoring and update, and fundraising management
- Participation in the subscription process for LPs: preparation of subscription forms, update of investor compliance files, preparation of capital call notices
- Monitoring receipt of transfers and any investor follow-ups
- Monitoring and follow-up with distributing banks throughout the subscription process
- Assistance in developing Third Party Distribution
- Monitoring investor questions/requests
- Assistance in developing and strengthening relationships with existing investors and partners, organizing events (e.g., LP's Meeting)
- Participation in competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree from Business School or Master's in Finance/Management Control.
- Previous experience in financial and/or commercial roles will be appreciated.
- The candidate must demonstrate:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Initiative, autonomy, good team spirit, proactivity, and rigor
- Strong motivation and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (VBA proficiency is a plus)
- Fluent French and English
