Your daily life

Located in the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales's most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of systems and equipment mobilize expertise in over 80 professions in high-tech defense and security solutions and digital services.

You will join the Defense Mission Systems entity within Operations.

This position is cross-functional, with numerous interactions with all HSE managers in DMS France, HR services, and Real Estate/Site Management.

Occasional travel, nationally or internationally, is to be expected.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the HSE/Real Estate Data Manager and in collaboration with the HSE teams, your main responsibilities will be:

• Collect, structure and manage data related to health, safety and environment, particularly those related to carbon footprint assessments and real estate data.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of HSE/Real Estate data management tools (databases, dashboards).
• Contribute to data analysis to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement of HSE performance.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) adapted to Health, Safety, and Environmental issues.
• Collaborate closely with HSE business teams to understand their needs and propose adapted data solutions.
• Write technical documentation and participate in the presentation of results to various stakeholders.
• Facilitate the writing of regulatory documents using AI (PAPRIPACT, annual HSE assessment, etc.).

Your profile

• You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in data management, data science, business intelligence, or a similar field, and are looking for an apprenticeship for a duration of 1 to 3 years?
• You have an interest in HSE topics?
• You have knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), ETL tools, and data management platforms?
• You have good analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data?
• You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills?
