Your Role
You will join the EMEA Partner Programs team, supporting the development, coordination, and deployment of partner programs and services across the region.
The team’s mission is to support the consistent and effective deployment of programs and services for our partners across the region, helping strengthen the overall partnership with our clients and driving business performance. You will contribute to various projects related to program rollout, coordination, and continuous improvement of services for our partners.
In a dynamic and cross-functional environment, you will work closely with regional and global stakeholders (marketing, commercial excellence, digital, local markets), supporting the team on operational execution, coordination, and performance tracking.
Partnership Programs
- Support the coordination and follow-up of partnership programs rollout across EMEA, including pilot tracking, market readiness assessment, and consolidation of feedback from local teams
- Support the preparation of rollout plans and monitor programs’ execution by tracking key milestones, identifying gaps, and flagging risks or delays
- Contribute to cross-functional coordination and alignment by preparing follow-ups, consolidating inputs and materials, and liaising with stakeholders and local markets
Services Portfolio & Commercial Enablement
- Contribute to the coordination of services within partnership programs across teams and markets, ensuring proper follow-up and alignment on key actions
- Support the update and structuring of the services portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency for local markets
- Assist in the tracking and follow-up of ongoing pilots by consolidating inputs, monitoring performance, and supporting the identification of next steps
Profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in project management, marketing, or B2B environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of CRM or dashboards is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English required; French or Italian is a plus
