About

We are looking for a Product Designer on a two-year apprenticeship contract to join the Air France - KLM Design team to collaborate on our ambition for excellence in digital customer experience.

He/She will assist the Product Designers of the Inspire & Book squad, as well as certain ad-hoc missions with other squads on various tasks including:

• Stakeholder in all stages of product design:
  • Integration into an international and experienced team
  • The opportunity to contribute to projects affecting millions of users
  • User testing in collaboration with UX Research
  • Creating mockups on Figma
  • Collaboration with product teams and developers

Context

To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty while developing sales, Air France-KLM's digital channels (web, mobile, emails, social media) are essential. Currently, nearly half of passengers purchase their travel through these channels, which are at the heart of commercial innovation.

The digital division's design team, located in Paris (Charles de Gaulle Airport), plays a central role in this digital strategy. Composed of 60 experts in various fields of UX design and writing, this team is dedicated to improving the customer travel experience.

Within this team, you will be part of the Inspire & Book squad, with designers based in Paris and Amsterdam, creating a dynamic work environment blending French and Dutch cultures.

The squad's scope is mainly focused on the ticket purchase flow for the Air France & KLM customer sites.

Profile

• You are a student on an apprenticeship and are pursuing a Master's I or II degree related to cognitive science, UX Research, UX design, or Product design.
• You have a good command of spoken and written English.
• You are comfortable using Figma.
• You have modules in UX Design and UX Research in your curriculum.
• You have a perfect command of the Microsoft suite.

Appreciated but not essential:

• Knowledge of the Agile method
• You are keen on collaborating with developers

Important:

• Your school or training organization must be QUALIOPI certified
• You are looking for an apprenticeship contract (professionalization contracts are not accepted)
