Context
You will join the Digital Experience (DXD) Directorate, whose mission is to provide a 5-star experience throughout each customer's journey. You will be in contact with the business teams from all customer experience touchpoints (e-commerce, customer marketing, sales...). At DXD, there are major challenges around data and AI to make our users' lives easier and help them in their decision-making; you must therefore have a good appetite for these subjects.
Your Mission
You will be integrated into the PO/PM team to help you develop your skills and capitalize on the teams' practices.
Your main missions will be:
- Analyze and gather needs from business teams and users to understand field challenges.
- Design solutions by writing clear User Stories and keeping documentation up to date.
- Lead development monitoring by actively participating in Agile rituals (backlog management, sprints, launches).
- Test and validate features (acceptance testing) to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables before production.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of customer and sales associate journeys through performance analysis.
Your Profile
You are preparing a Bac +4 or Bac +5 diploma, ideally in a digital curriculum.
Expected skills:
Good knowledge of product management tools and agile practices (User Story, Product Backlog, sprint planning, ...).
Understanding of the basic concepts of a digital project (API, Database, Front/Back difference...)
Good interpersonal skills, animation and communication skills with different teams
Positive attitude, energy and desire to learn.
Structured and pragmatic thinking, ability to prioritize topics
English Level
- Intermediate B1
Contractual Terms
- Contract type: Apprenticeship
- Desired start date: September 2026
- Duration: 1 to 3 years (depending on the training course)
- Ideal schedule: 3 weeks in the company/1 week at school or 4 days in the company/1 day at school
- Possible evolution: Permanent contract at the end of the apprenticeship

Compensation and benefits
- A fixed salary to be defined according to your age and background. It will be paid over 13 months and supplemented by variable remuneration (Profit-sharing and Profit-sharing) which rewards collective efforts
