Daily Work & Responsibilities

You will join the Supplier Operations team within the Group Purchasing Department and support project steering for supplier performance:

• Prepare data for monthly dashboards (collect, verify, process, and analyse)
• Contribute to the update and publication of dashboards
• Support global entities/business lines in data verification and analysis
• Prepare materials for internal review meetings
• Drive continuous improvement and capture best practices
• Track action plans
• Assist in validation and rollout of new tools
• Help organise internal events (both in‑person and virtual)
• Support awareness‑raising and training of the SPM network

Profile / Requirements

• Engineer or equivalent, pursuing a Bac +5 apprenticeship in the final years of study, aiming to become a Project Management Officer (PMO)
• Proficient with office tools, especially Excel and Power BI
• Strong interest in data processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Curious, team‑oriented, and adaptable to remote collaboration
• Excellent communication, rigor, proactivity, and organisational skills
