About Us

Our team welcomes the digital and IT support teams for Europe. Our Endpoint & Cybersecurity expert is responsible for ensuring the protection, compliance, and performance of the user IT infrastructure. We are working on improving process automation and user support, in a context of ambitious digital transformation on a European scale.

Your Missions

Mission 1: Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Pilot tests
• Writing procedures
• Process automation
• System updates

Mission 2: Support for our new Eden site in Nanterre (End of 2026)

• Support for the installation of site equipment
• Tests on the new site
• IT support during the move
• Supervision of service providers
• Support during hypercare

Mission 3: Refresh Monitoring

• Ticket creation monitoring
• Ticket compliance monitoring
• Tech Partner follow-ups

Your Profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac +2 / 3)
• Tools: Windows, Ticket management tools.
• Language: French and English (minimum B2)
• Knowledge or first experience in IT support is a plus

Skills Sought

• Windows system knowledge
• Network knowledge
• Knowledge of a ticket management system
