Your daily life
The Gennevilliers Campus is at the heart of the design, development, and support of major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient networks and infrastructure systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.
Within the Customer Support and Service division, the CCS (Communication Products Customer Services) sector is responsible for maintaining RCP (Radio Communications Products) equipment in operational condition.
You will join the multidisciplinary team in charge of Spares and Repairs, covering quoting, commercial offer preparation, and project management. The R&R segment covers the civil and military needs of customers in France and abroad.
Your missions
You will join the French commercial team for RCP product Support and Services. Your main mission will be to assist the sales manager with offers for services, maintenance in operational condition, renovation of existing systems, spares, and repairs, as well as the entire commercial process (forecasting and qualifying opportunities, preparing offers, negotiating and signing contracts, initiating and monitoring export licenses, etc.).
Your missions include:
- Supporting offer construction in collaboration with sales teams and various internal functions (marketing, project, finance, legal, purchasing, quality, etc.) for our industrial and state clients in over 30 countries.
- Preparing simple commercial offers for Services, maintenance in operational condition, renovation of existing systems, spares, and repairs.
- Providing support for export license requests and order acknowledgments.
- Assisting the sales team in maintaining and updating the commercial forecasting tool.
- Interacting daily with the Key Account Managers deployed in export countries and with clients.
Depending on your autonomy and maturity, ad hoc missions may be assigned.
Your profile
Currently studying in a Business School or equivalent, you are looking for an apprenticeship contract in Commerce?
Do you have at least one previous international experience?
Can you use the Office Suite?
With good interpersonal skills, do you have a collaborative spirit?
Proactive and curious, are you also autonomous in carrying out your tasks?
Finally, do you have a good level of English?
You have organizational, rigor, analysis, and synthesis skills. You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and multi-site team. You have excellent interpersonal skills. You have a sense of commitment and customer service. You have a taste for technical projects. You are recognized for your dynamism and adaptability. You have an operational level of English. You are proficient with office tools.
