We are APRIL GROUP, and we invite you to join our apprenticeship program. This position is 100% online and 100% free. You will join our Enterprise Architecture team, composed of 5 people, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the IS architecture in a rapidly transforming environment. What we're looking for:

• Student in a Master's degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent
• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365), ideally an architecture repository tool
• Ability to organize and lead collaborative workshops with various stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, with an aptitude for supporting users
• Rigor and analytical skills to manage and ensure data quality
• Initiative

Your responsibilities:

• Updating the IS map: applications, flows, functions, processes, etc.
• Evolution of the architecture meta-model and its implementation in Archimap
• Implementation and monitoring of data quality indicators for the repository
• Corrective actions and quality control on architecture data
• Leading workshops and supporting users to encourage adoption of the repository
• Ensuring consistency with other repositories, such as the CMDB
• Contributing to the structuring of repository administration processes
