About Safran Seats

Safran SEATS is one of the world leaders in aircraft seats for crews and passengers. Our clients: the largest airlines and aircraft manufacturers. Our product: the seat (from economy to business class, including crew seats). You may have already tested it while traveling with one of our client airlines; more than a million of them are currently in flight! Our location: Issoudun (36), close to Paris and only 20 minutes from Versailles, well served by public transport.

Your Role

Within Safran Seats' Digital Factory, you will participate in the construction and enhancement of the data platform, at the heart of the company's transformation and management challenges. The ambition is to make data a true lever for decision-making and performance, by making it reliable, accessible, and usable by business units. You will work across the entire data value chain, from ingestion to delivery. In this context, your missions will be as follows:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ingestion, transformation)
• Participate in the structuring and reliability of data on the data platform (e.g., Snowflake)
• Model datasets adapted to analytical needs
• Design dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent)
• Collaborate with business teams to understand and translate their needs into data solutions
• Contribute to the implementation of best practices for data quality, governance, and documentation

You will work in a modern, data-oriented technical environment:

• Data platform (e.g., Snowflake)
• SQL
• Data transformation tools (ETL / ELT)
• Power BI or data visualization tools
• APIs and data flows

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a rigorous, analytical, and curious profile, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business needs:

• Student in data, IT, or engineering
• Good command of SQL databases
• Interest in data, analytics, and architecture topics
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into concrete solutions
• Structured mindset and attention to detail
