Who We Are

Enimad is an agency specializing in AI-driven business process automation, based in Le Crès (Montpellier metropolitan area). We support VSEs and SMEs in various sectors, from bike rental to B2B consulting, including retail and services, throughout the entire cycle: audit, diagnosis, automation design, and production deployment.

The agency is led by a developer with 25 years of tech experience, including several years as CTO of a SaaS company. For you, this means working directly with someone who has already delivered large-scale production systems and seeing how a project is priced, scoped, and delivered – not just how it's coded.

Why We Are Hiring

The automations we design go into production with real clients in very different sectors. The volume of requests is increasing, and we are looking for an apprentice to take charge of the production side of automations and alleviate the creation of new workflows. You will work on these projects without direct client interaction. Commercial and functional relationships are managed upstream. Your focus will be on technical design and production deployment.

Your Missions

• Develop and maintain n8n workflows (new use cases, evolutions, bug fixes)
• Contribute to Symfony developments: APIs, business modules, external integrations
• Integrate AI components (OpenAI, Claude, RAG, agents) into the core of automations
• Ensure the production deployment and monitoring of existing workflows
• Document your work and participate in code reviews

The Tech Stack

• Back-end: PHP 8, Symfony 6/7, Doctrine, API Platform
• Automation: n8n (self-hosted)
• AI: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, RAG and agent approaches
• Data: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD

The Profile We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Solid foundation in object-oriented PHP and a framework (Symfony ideally, Laravel accepted)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON
• Genuine curiosity for generative AI and no-code/low-code tools
• Bonus: First experience with n8n / Make / Zapier, GitHub contributions, personal projects

Attitude:

• Autonomy (essential, especially in online training)
• Rigor: we deploy to production, no room for approximation
• Technical curiosity and a desire to learn in a rapidly evolving field
• Clear written communication (tickets, documentation)

The Diploma You'll Earn

12-month program from Bac+2 to Bac+5: Pro Title Web & Mobile Web Developer, CDA, PHP/Symfony Developer, Bachelor Dev & AI, Software Development Expert, Master's in Dev / AI, ML Engineer.
