Responsibilities
You will report to the Supply Chain team of the Industry Division as an apprentice in Supply Chain Project Management, based at the Tarbes site.
Within a demanding and collaborative industrial environment, you will contribute to structuring and supporting continuous improvement projects related to Supply Chain activities. In close collaboration with operational teams and support services, you will support the implementation of tools and methods aimed at optimizing the management of flows and activities.
As part of your duties, you will also participate in the analysis of the Industry Division's Supply Chain performance, by ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and dissemination of indicators and associated action plans.
The apprentice's missions will be as follows:
- Evolve existing dashboards and implement new indicators adapted to user needs for the scheduling and warehouse departments.
- Frame a project for complementary multi-level scheduling indicators and implement it according to the validations obtained.
- Continue the project to redesign the BI dashboard databases in coordination with the IT department.
- Train users in the use of BI dashboards and document the tools at the user and maintenance levels.
- Lead the manufacturing order closure process on the ground with the schedulers.
