Mission Description

Within Docaposte's Digital Trust Solutions Business Unit, teams manage and operate digital trust offerings (electronic signature, digital safes for online gambling operators, etc.) within a demanding regulatory and security framework (eIDAS and local regulations). In this competitive context, the BU must rapidly transform field needs (clients, partners, sales, and delivery teams) into clear messages, arguments, and directly usable materials for sales, deployment, and adoption.

The Product Marketing Manager intern will support the BU's Strategy team, working closely with operational staff (product, pre-sales, sales, delivery, support) to structure content, leverage client feedback, and contribute to the launch and continuous improvement of offerings. The goal is to accelerate sales effectiveness and client adoption while developing a concrete understanding of products, uses, and regulatory constraints.

Integrated into the BU's Strategy team, the intern will help produce operational deliverables (arguments, pitch decks, offer sheets, use cases, FAQs, pre-sales materials), conduct market analyses/benchmarks, and formalize field feedback (sales, delivery, support) to inform positioning and the roadmap. They will participate in launch preparations (messages, internal kits, webinars/events) and update materials based on product and regulatory changes. The intern will thus assist the BU's operational teams in better explaining, selling, and deploying offerings, ensuring message consistency and content quality.
