As part of the modernization of its information systems, Safran Seats is managing several strategic projects for the migration, evolution, and deployment of applications.

Within the IT department, you will be integrated into a project team and supported by a Project Manager. You will actively contribute to the management of high-stakes IT projects.

Missions

  1. Participate in the definition and structuring of the technical phases of projects in conjunction with business and IT teams.
  2. Contribute to the drafting of technical specifications and the identification of risks (deadlines, costs, technical aspects).
  3. Monitor project progress using indicators, dashboards, and management tools.
  4. Participate in the coordination of different stakeholders (internal teams, service providers, PMO) and the organization of steering committees.
  5. Support the testing, go-live, and deployment phases of applications.
  6. Ensure the monitoring of anomalies and contribute to their resolution, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Profile Sought

You are pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree with a specialization in IT project management, information systems, or equivalent, and you already have initial work experience that has made you want to go further. Curious, organized, and with good communication skills, you enjoy working in a team and evolving in a dynamic, constantly transforming environment.

Your analytical skills allow you to quickly understand technical and organizational challenges, and you know how to be proactive in responding to encountered problems. Rigorous and structured, you are comfortable managing multiple subjects in parallel and contributing to the successful conduct of projects.

Comfortable with project management tools (especially Excel and reporting tools), you are able to structure and track the progress of activities. You also have a good command of English, both written and spoken. A sensitivity to IT environments (information systems, application architectures, etc.) is a real asset.

Finally, your natural leadership, your collaborative spirit, and your adaptability enable you to unite teams and actively contribute to project success, while demonstrating curiosity and a genuine interest in innovation.
