The Role

The Alternant UX Designer H/F position is based in Brest, within the UX Strategy team of the Marketing department, in a digital, technological environment organized into feature teams.

Responsibilities

• We participate in the design and improvement of user journeys within a functional scope.
• We design user journeys with a user-centric approach.
• We guarantee the quality of user journeys, from design to deployment, in line with the brand's strategic and creative vision.
• We prototype and test user journeys.
• We analyze and lay the groundwork for user research to continuously improve the fluidity and performance of user journeys.
• We ensure the delivery of necessary elements for the development phase.
• We maintain active UX/UI/Digital monitoring.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone pursuing a Master's degree with a curriculum focused on design school or cognitive ergonomics.
• We are looking for someone with an aptitude for designing user journeys and interfaces.
• We are looking for someone comfortable with mockup/storyboard design software, particularly Figma.
• We are looking for a creative person who is proactive and capable of managing projects independently.
• We are looking for a rigorous person with good analytical skills and a taste for teamwork.
