Role Overview

Under the direct supervision of your mentor and department manager, you will provide operational support in managing the GE Vernova Customer Training Center, the Technical Institute in Montpellier.

Your role is to actively contribute to the daily management of customer training projects, help improve training tools, and support the monitoring of the center’s financial and quality performance.

Project Management & Budget Monitoring Support

  • Participate in all phases of project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams (resources, technical, logistics, procurement) in line with contractual schedules and GE Vernova standards
  • Assist in budget preparation: contribute to cost forecasts (Budget 0) for national and international training projects
  • Financial tracking: help update financial dashboards and billing schedules to support revenue recognition
  • Process and invoice customer orders in the ERP system (SAP), and manage all necessary contractual documents
  • Monitor action plans defined with management during Project Execution Reviews (PER)

Contribution to Instructional Design & Quality

  • Modernize training materials: provide creative input for formatting, rebranding, and design (using Canva or advanced PowerPoint) to enhance technical content
  • Quality support: assist in collecting and organizing documentary evidence required for compliance with quality standards
  • Digitalization: support the operational deployment of digital tools (e-signature, Klaxoon quizzes, surveys, forms)

Support for Organization & Logistics

  • Help welcome trainees at the start of sessions and ensure compliance with the center’s onboarding protocol
  • Assist in preparing training rooms (materials and deliverables setup)
  • Support logistics management (catering, supplies, materials) according to contractual commitments
  • Administrative follow-up: ensure completeness of training records

Support for Business Development

  • Proposal writing: contribute to the creation of commercial offers and training programs
  • Analyze satisfaction indicators and help identify improvement areas
  • Maintain strong client relationships to gather feedback and identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and continuous improvement initiatives alongside project managers and the sales team
