Mission Description

Safran SEATS is one of the world leaders in aircraft seats for crews and passengers.

Our clients: the largest airlines and aircraft manufacturers.

Our product: the seat (from economy class to business class, including crew seats). You may have already tested it while traveling with one of our client airlines; more than a million of them are currently in flight!

Our location: Issoudun (36), between Bourges and Châteauroux at the gates of the Loire Castles and Touraine (1h15 by car or train) in the Centre Val De Loire region and only 2h30 drive from Paris.

As part of the development of our activities and the improvement of industrial performance and the development of the MI support service, we are looking for a work-study student (alternant(e)) Data Analyst or Industrial Engineer 4.0 capable of exploiting and valuing data from industrial systems to support operational decision-making and industrial performance (KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting Decks, ...)

The objectives of the work-study program are to improve visibility on industrial performance (KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting Decks, ...), develop data-based decision support tools, and contribute to the data transformation of the Industrial Brand Support service.

Here are the missions for the position:

  • Collect and structure data from industrial systems (ERP, MES, production databases).
  • Analyze production data to identify levers for performance improvement.
  • Design and maintain monitoring dashboards (industrial KPIs).
  • Automate certain processes and reports.
  • Participate in projects to optimize industrial processes using data.
  • Collaborate primarily with the Industrial Brand, Supply Chain, and Data teams.
  • Assist the Data Analyst of the support service.
