About the role
About
We are hiring a full-time Amazon PPC & Operations Manager to take ownership of our Amazon store performance. This role is PPC-first. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon advertising, while also overseeing listings and daily operations.
Important: This is not a general Amazon role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on Amazon PPC experience. If your PPC experience is limited or secondary, this role will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon PPC (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Conduct keyword research and build campaign structures
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
- Improve and maintain ACOS/TACOS performance
- Scale profitable campaigns and reduce wasted ad spend
- Analyze performance data and make continuous improvements
2. Listings & Operations (Secondary)
- Review and optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
- Ensure listing accuracy and proper formatting
- Monitor FBA and FBM inventory and report issues
3. Team & Execution
- Oversee and guide the Product Lister
- Assign and manage tasks using ClickUp
- Communicate daily via Slack
- Track work using Hubstaff
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- Campaign structure and scaling
- Keyword targeting and optimization
- ACOS, TACOS, and performance metrics
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong English communication skills

Schedule
- Full-time
- 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- Long-term position
- Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Compensation
- Pay: R65,00 – R85,00 per hour
