We’re partnering with a national litigation platform with a true 50-state footprint that’s expanding a Bay Area–based team and is open to attorneys working fully remote (California Bar required).

This is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

The Role

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work

Compensation

• Up to $275k depending on experience

Must-Haves

• Active California Bar (mandatory)
• 3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)
• Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Defense-side mindset
