Analog and RF Layout Engineer - Toronto, Canada

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Analog and RF layout design
• Strong understanding of CMOS and FinFET technologies (7nm and below preferred)
• Experience in block-level and full-chip layout design
• Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as:
  • Cadence Virtuoso
  • Mentor Calibre
  • Synopsys Custom Compiler
• Solid knowledge of DRC, LVS, ERC, and physical verification flows
